Domi & Katy Chavarria have a passion for bringing people together over food — whether local or visiting the beautiful mountain town of South Lake Tahoe, California, their goal is to serve healthy, nourishing and nutritious food to anyone that walks through their doors.

Both born and raised in Tahoe, they first met working at The Fresh Ketch, a local seafood restaurant, back when Domi was the Head Chef, and Katy a hostess. After time spent away from the mountains for both, they came back to settle in South Lake to start a family.

Domi’s food industry experience combined with their solid and heartfelt community connection, quickly let to them circulating ideas around how they could craft their own menu and gathering space for those around them.

We wanted to do it on the healthier side, though. Local ingredients, non-processed oils and sustainable meats – enjoying the food, but without the guilt

Two children, five years, and a whole ton of hard work later, Domi & Katy have carved themselves both a niche and loyal following among the Tahoe community, as well as numerous visitors to the lake through the busy tourist seasons.
