We start with quality ingredients, using the bones left over from our free-range, hormone & antibiotic free chickens. We add in organic herbs, spices, vegetables, olive oil, and a little sea salt. Then we set it to boil for 10-12 hours.

Bone broth has been used for centuries to support digestive health, nourish the sick, and strengthen the weak. Soups, stocks, and broths have been a part of a staple diet in every corner of the world, from ancient times to modern day. We make ours from scratch using left-over bones from our daily menu, striving to produce food that is nutrient dense using real, whole, ingredients.
